What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

• All products purchased from getderyv.com are applicable for Return/Exchange.
• Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
• In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images at getderyv@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91 9226441685 and we will get back to you.
• Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range and you can apply for exchange only once. An item can be exchanged only once.
• Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable.
• All Return/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• To schedule an exchange/return please mail us at getderyv@gmail.com with your order details, or reach out to us on Whatsapp.
• Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
• The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
• While exchanging the Products which are purchased, in case the Product requested for exchange are not available in stock, then the amount will be refunded to original payment method.

Please Note:

• For sale product, Rs.100/- will be charged for Return/replacement.
• For order below 349/-,  Rs.150/- will be charged for Return/replacement.

How do I self-ship the products?

• Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
• You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:
